We pride ourselves in supplying the retail and wholesale industry with the freshest and highest of quality of products. All our crab is hand picked, this way only the best quality and best tasting crab is selected.
Sustainability
We pride ourselves on the fact our crab and lobster are caught in a sustainable way, by pot fishing, in which has complete traceability.
We can provide details of all our vessels from which our produce is landed, the dates caught/ landed and the fishing area in which it was caught along with the date it was processed. We also have our products microbiology tested on a daily basis.
